Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Osmo Padel Shop collects, why, and what you can do about it. Osmo Padel Shop is a registered trade name of Osmo Holdings LLC, 10580 NW 27th St, Suite F102-3, Doral, FL 33172 ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of messages you send us.
Order information: what you bought, when, order value, and delivery status.
Payment information: handled by Shopify Payments. Your full card number never reaches us. We can see the card type, the last four digits, and whether the payment succeeded.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

To take, fulfil, and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To process payment and screen for fraud.
To handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
To send marketing email, only if you ask us to. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To run and improve the site, and to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We share only what is needed, with:

Shopify, which hosts this store and processes payments. Shopify's own privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Shipping carriers, so your order can be delivered.
Our supplier, where an order is fulfilled or a warranty claim is evaluated by the manufacturer or its US distributor. This is limited to what the claim requires.
Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies

The store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, and securing checkout — plus analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the store will still work, but your cart may not persist.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently seven years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for two years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, limit how we use it, or opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share as those terms are defined, but you may still exercise the opt-out.

Florida residents, and residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, have these rights under their state law. To exercise any of them, email luis@propadel.solutions. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming details of a recent order, and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.

If we decline a request you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site runs over TLS and payments are processed by a PCI-compliant provider. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit who can see your information and keep it only as long as we need it.
